Welcome! My name is Haley Barbetti and I am a competitive powerlifter, bodybuilder & personal trainer! I want to help you reach your health and fitness goals to make long-lasting change!

For years, I’ve seen fad diets come and go. I’ve seen bland food and mainstream “bodybuilding” diet plans fall flat. That’s where I come in. Throughout the last 11 years, I’ve learned so much about health and fitness. But more than anything, I’ve learned that you do not need to sacrifice delicious food to be healthy and achieve your fitness goals. I want to change the diet/bodybuilding culture so that you can see results faster in a way that is maintainable and fun to keep enjoying the health & fitness journey!
