I was looking for something different out of other training programs. I wanted a tailored approach to continuing to build strength while still mixing up my workout routine with fun and new techniques to hit all major areas of the body.
I've tried the basic 2 days a week squatting, 2 days a week benching and 2 days a week deadlifting. Sure, that will help the big 3 totals, but it often neglects other major areas of the body and sometimes halts building a better base for strength. That is not my approach. My approach is a combination of powerlifting movements and bodybuilding accessories to keep improving the foundation to grow.
