I was looking for something different out of other training programs. I wanted a tailored approach to continuing to build strength while still mixing up my workout routine with fun and new techniques to hit all major areas of the body.

This program is recommended for intermediate/advanced level people who are working to primarily increase their numbers or prepare for a powerlifting meet. My approach is a combination of powerlifting movements and bodybuilding accessories to keep improving the foundation to grow both muscle mass and improve strength output.


This program is an 8 week-long (56 days) program intended for best results after the 8 weeks are over. This program is a great place to start if you are:

  1. New to competitive training/Powerlifting

  2. Switching over from a strictly body-building style program to more power-movement training 

  3. Wanting to mix-up training or are currently bored in the gym and want more out of your routine and training modality
