Easy High-protein snacks

Ever hungry or in the mood for a snack but not sure what to choose? Here are my top 5 high-protein easy go-to snack options:

  1. Greek Yogurt: I love the Oikos Triple Zero cups because each one is at least 15 grams of protein. You can also top it with fun things like fruit, nuts/seeds, dark chocolate, peanut butter and more!

  2. Grass Fed Meat sticks: My favorite brand right now is CHOMPS; each one has at least 10 grams of protein and my favorite flavor is Jalapeno! I also really like Aldi’s version/brand too!

  3. Barebell’s Protein Bars: These protein bars taste like a literal candy bar and they have at least 20 grams of protein per bar! They have a variety of flavors too like Strawberry shortcake which makes it fun to keep trying new ones and mix it up!

  4. MRE Lite Redcon1 Protein Powder: This protein powder is non-dairy (no whey) and derived from whole foods like eggs, chicken, brown rice, etc. It is over 20 grams of protein per serving and if you mix it with Fairlife/fat-free milk, you can even get added protein for up to 30 grams per serving! It mixes in smoothies, yogurt bowls and oatmeal bowls too very easily!

  5. Egg toast: This one is pretty self explanatory, but I like to fry an egg and put it on top of toast with hot sauce/seasoning! For additional protein, you could also add a slice or two of ham/turkey! My favorite seasonings on top are usually: Everything Bagel seasoning and Siracha hot sauce!
